What’s better an exercise bicycle or treadmill?
My doctor wants me to walk but not get hot and I’m in Texas so is mall walking, a treadmill, or exercise bicycle best for cardiac exercise?
I think it comes down to personal taste. I prefer a stationary bike. It’s supposed to be easier on the knees, it’s cheaper and it takes up much less space than a treadmill.
