Are there any rear pannier racks that will go on bicycle lacking holes in the frame for brackets?

I just bought an older bike that lacks the little holes that aftermarket brackets use to tighten down pannier racks. I don’t want one of those seatpost pannier racks. Are there any other options??

There are a couple ways to do this one is using band clamps available at any bike shop, another is to use a rack designed for a full suspension that mounts off the seat post

Bicycle Suspension Bicycle Suspension
$58

Bicycle suspension refers to the system or systems used to suspend the rider and all or part of the bicycle in order to protect them from the roughness of the terrain over which they travel. Bicycle suspensions are used primarily on mountain bikes, but are also common on hybrid bicycles, and can even be found on some road bicycles. Bicycle suspension can be implemented in a variety of ways: Suspension front fork, Suspension stem (although these have fallen out of favor), Suspension seatpost, Rear suspension, Suspension hub or any combination of the above. Bicycles with suspension front forks and rear suspensions are referred to as full suspension bikes. Additionally, suspension mechanisms can be incorporated in the seat or saddle, or the hubs. Besides providing obvious rider comfort, suspensions improve both safety and efficiency by keeping one or both wheels in contact with the ground and allowing the rider''s mass to move over the ground in a flatter trajectory.

Good first bicycle for street riding?

I’m looking to get back into riding a bicycle for the first time in about 12 years(when I was 13). I’ll be riding on paved paths/roads for the most part and will be using the bike as a method of transportation as opposed to using it for serious riding. Can anyone recommend a good bike for these needs. I’m not looking to spend over 200. Thanks

It’s just my opinion , but I would say a Raleigh Hybrid would be an good choice . Please , please stay away from the walmart junk . they are throw away bikes even if its just a flat tire
