When I pass my test and obtain a drivers licence can I tow a small bike trailor straight after?
Got an MX bike and i need a small 2 bike trailer for transport but also need a car.

Yes your category B driving licence will immediately entitle you to drive a car and trailer combination below 3.5 tonnes combined weight.
The separate test is only for large trailers (where car + trailer weight is above 3.5 tonnes), and does NOT apply to you.
Learn about towing though. It’s easy until something goes wrong, and when it does you need to be ready.
