How can I convert a bike to an exersice bike?

Isn’t there some kind of Stand or lift I can use to convert an outdoor bike to an exercise bike to use indoors in bad weather?

This is all you need and a block for the front tire and a mat to put under it. Nothing to it!

I need questions for a treasure hunt at halloween. can anyone help?

There will be a mix of ages from 8 years to 15years – boys and girls. Two fairly large gardens to be covered with lots of trees plants and shrubs. There will also be acess to a garage containing tools, bicycles, gardening equipment, cars and a motorcycle and there is a tree hut in one of the gardens. Really need your help.Thanks!

Who is your local politician. Who is the most famous clown (coco?) What is the name of the fox on TV? (basil brush)How do you start a particular car? Who first invented the bicycle? What was the first type of bicycle? What about contacting the school and finding out what the children are learning about or looking at their homework books and taking some ideas from there. Pose some sums for them. and have a great time it sounds like you will have some fun.
